

The International Congress on Cocoa, Coffee and Tea Asia is authorized by the Organizing Committee of the International Congress on Cocoa, Coffee and Tea to be held in Asia. It has been successfully held three times: 2018 (Hefei, China), 2023 (Baku, Azerbaijan) and 2024 (Chiang Rai, Thailand). The 4th International Congress on Cocoa, Coffee and Tea Asia will be held in Hefei, China, from October 16 to 18, 2026. The Congress Chairs are Academician Zongmao Chen, Academician Zhonghua Liu, Professor Xiaochun Wan, Professor Vincenzo Fogliano and Professor Nikolai Kuhnert.
This congress provides an important platform for scientists engaged in tea, coffee and cocoa research worldwide to exchange academic insights and present cutting-edge research achievements, and promots interdisciplinary integration in the science and technology of the three major beverage crops. The main topics include physiology, ecology and germplasm innovation of the three beverage crops, secondary metabolism and quality chemistry, health benefits and mechanisms, as well as quality safety and processing utilization.
